Dr. Yuliya Malayev, DO, MPH
Dr. Malayev received both her medical degree and public health degree from Nova Southeastern University in sunny Fort Lauderdale. She returned home to Michigan to complete her residency at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland, in Pontiac, MI. There, she was involved in teaching medical students from all over the country, and even won a teaching award. She did several research projects relating to maternal wellbeing, and worked to improve access to prenatal care in the medically under-served community. She’s experienced with minimally invasive and DaVinci assisted surgery. She has been with the practice since August 2016, and is an active mother of two children.
